The series of conferences ‘Le città italiane’ (the Italian cities) wants to propose a reflection on a characterizing and decisive aspect of the Italian life as cities are. The ‘Belpaese’ can be thought of as a multiplicity of urban centers that have built over the course of history dynamics of development, collaboration and competition from a political, cultural, economic and social point of view.
The conferences organized by the Italian Cultural Institute of Barcelona, in collaboration with the Universitat de Barcelona, are held from 12 April to 21 June 2021, every Monday (18:30-20:30).
