Online conferences ‘The pillars of new art’

The Italian Cultural Institute of Haifa presents a new series of free online conferences, in Hebrew, by Irina Chernetsky (University of Haifa and Bar-Ilan University). The conferences will focus on the Renaissance and the city of Florence. Linked to a different way of thinking about man and the world, this new figurative language was offered in the very early years of the 15th century by masters such as Filippo Brunelleschi, Donatello and Masaccio.

- 14 June | Filippo Brunelleschi (1377-1446) and Leon Battista Alberti (1404-1472): new architecture
- 28 June | Masaccio (1401-1428): new painting
