‘Art and Technology of the Third Millennium. Scenarios and Protagonists’, edited by Cesare Biasini Selvaggi and Valentino Catricalà and published by Electa, is the second issue of the series ‘I Quaderni della Collezione‘. The volume shows an original overview on the relationship between art and new technologies from the final decades of the 20th century to the most recent experimentations. In particular, the work is dedicated to research on Artificial Intelligence, the post-human, the relationship between art and the Internet, extended reality and sound and video experiments. The volume also contains a focus report on 86 Italian artists operating in this sector in Italy and abroad.
