There are two ‘classic’ pillars where design has rested for the last 100 years, according to architect and designer Luisa Bocchietto : Form and Function. Because of a new revolution, the digital one, the concept of Sustainability has been added as a new standard for good Design. A project that is sustainable from the environmental, but also social and economic point of view, is a unavoidable target for contemporary Design.
Luisa Bocchietto will discuss about contemporary challenges of new Design in Webinar on Zoom, organized by Consulate General of Italy in Vancouver, in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada-West. The webinar is scheduled fo the 8th July for Italian Design Day 2021.
