From 24 November to 23 December 2021, the Italian Cultural Institute in London presents ‘Autoritratto (una luna)‘ (Self-portrait, a moon) by Chiara Camoni, one of the works of art selected by ‘Cantica21 project. Italian Contemporary Art Everywhere‘, an initiative launched jointly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Culture that promotes and enhances Italian contemporary art, supporting the production of original and unpublished works, exhibiting them worldwide in the Italian Cultural Institutes, Embassies and Consular Offices.
Among the winning works of the project, also this work by Chiara Camoni (Piacenza, 1974), graduated in Sculpture from Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milani. Together with other artists, she founded the MAGra, Contemporary Art Museum of Granara and the Vladivostok group. With Cecilia Canziani she is developing the cycle of seminars and workshops La Giusta Misura. She lives and works in Fabbiano, in Tuscany.
