Organized by the Lettorato di Italiano of the University of Rostock, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute of Hamburg, the festival includes the screening of four films.

Started with Federico Fellini‘s 8 ½, presented by Professor Oliver Fahle of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, the festival continues with three young Italian directors, who will present their documentaries.

On May 18, 6.45 pm, Beniamino Barrese will introduce on zoom his La scomparsa di mia madre. Registration for the event is available on the dedicated eventbrite page. The film can be seen only in Germany.

Then the festival will host Alberto Castiglione with Divina and Adele Tulli with Normal.

The screenings are online, free of charge and in the original version with English or German subtitles.

All information on the review and on how to register for the screenings are available on the pages of the Chair of Italian at the University of Rostock and the Italian Cultural Institute in Hamburg.
