From February 28 to March 3, the seventh edition of ‘Filming Italy’ will be held in Los Angeles. Created and organized by the Italian Cultural Institute of Los Angeles, Tiziana Rocca and Agnus Dei, the Festival will be held 50% live and the other half virtually, presenting over 50 titles, including films, TV series, unpublished and unreleased docufilms, short films as well as master classes.
The honorary president is Oscar-nominated actor Giancarlo Giannini, who is set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame – the 16th for Italy.
The Festival will explore different issues related to the contemporary world: human rights, the future of young people, equal opportunities, the recovery of the film industry after the lockdown. There will be more than fifty screenings including films, TV series, docufilms, short films, as well as some masterclasses.
