The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, through its network of Italian Cultural Institutes in the world, supports Heroes, the first great Italian concert live streamed from the Verona Arena, whose proceeds will go to the fund “COVID -19 – Sosteniamo la musica” (Support Music Fund) of Music Innovation Hub, for the music industry workers most hard hit by the restrictions imposed by the health emergency. The concert is broadcast abroad thanks to the collaboration with the 20 Italian Cultural Institutes of Amsterdam, Athens, Belgrade, Berlin, Brussels, Budapest, Krakow, Dublin, Istanbul, Lisbon, London, Ljubljana, Madrid, Marseilles, Prague, St Petersburg , Stockholm, Tel Aviv, Tirana and Tunis.

The aim of the initiative is to build an international network which, by reaching communities abroad who appreciate Italian music, can offer its solidarity to the most fragile but no less important links in the music industry chain.

On 6 September, starting at 7.00 pm, artists such as Achille Lauro, Afterhours, Diodato, Elodie, Eugenio in Via Di Gioia, Fedez, Frah Quintale, Francesca Michielin, Levante, Mahmood, Marracash, Pinguini Tattici Nucleari, RoccoHunt, Salmo, Shiva, Subsonica, Tommaso Paradiso, Willie Peyote and others will take to the stage of Heroes.

The live stream, available on Futurissima.net and through the A-LIVE app, is broadcast in completely innovative ways: three virtual stages will be set up and the public can enjoy online socializing, interact with the main stage and with the singers backstage.
