For Italian Design Day 2021, the Embassy of Italy and the Italian Cultural Institute of Athens, in collaboration with Annie Markitanis, curator of the 2021 edition of the design festival, have organized two free online events available here and on the Institute’s YouTube channel:
- ‘Integrated smart sustainability‘, an event organised by Andrea Rossi, Director of MCA – Mario Cucinella Architects.
- Screening of ‘TERRA – ΓΗ‘, edited by Mario Cucinella. The short film tells the story of man and his ability to adapt to climate challenges by exploiting to the full the oldest material in history: the earth; to search for a light in the darkness of tomorrow and, if necessary, turn it on.
