The Italian Cultural Institute of Montreal promotes the twenty-fifth edition of FIFEM (Festival International du Film pour Enfants Montréal) by supporting the screening of two short films and four films, made in Italy in the last three years.
FIFEM is an international film festival that seeks to introduce young audiences to the language of cinema. It is the main Canadian festival for the diffusion of auteur cinema for children and adolescents.
The Italian films that will be shown are:
- La tecnica (2020, 9 min) by Clemente De Muro and Davide Mardegani
- La stella di Andra e Tati (2018, 28 min) by Rosalba Vitellaro and Alessandro Belli
- Mio fratello rincorre i dinosauri (2019, 102 min9 by Stefano Cipani
- Tutti per Uma (2021, 95 min) by Susy Laude
- Trash (2020, 88 min) by Francesco Dosano
- Glassboy (2020, 100 min) by Samuele Rossi
The 25th edition of FIFEM will be held from February 26 to March 6, 2022.
