As part of the Budapest Photo Festival 2021, the Italian Cultural Institute of Budapest proposes an exhibition dedicated entirely to Letizia Battaglia, the famous photojournalist from Palermo, renowned for her documentary work on the mafia and for her collaboration with the newspaper “L’Ora”.
The central theme of the exhibition is female beauty: thirty portraits of women of all ages, shot in different situations and contexts, ideally retracing the experience of life and visual research undertaken by Letizia Battaglia.
