‘Maria vs. Maria’. On the 30th anniversary of bilateral relations between Italy and Kazakhstan and on the occasion of the Week of the Italian Language in the World 2022 dedicated to the theme of “Italian and Youth”, two thirty-year-old Kazakhs interview each other, telling how the Italian language has changed their lives, leading one, an internationally renowned soprano, to sing in the world’s major theatres, and the other to work with Italian companies in the marketing sector, also collaborating with the Italian Embassy. Two different stories, one passion for Italy, born and maintained through the study of its language.
