On 9 June, the Court of Justice of the European Union will host “L’ultima estate. Falcone e Borsellino 30 anni dopo” (The last summer: Falcone and Borsellino 30 years later). The play, written by Claudio Fava and directed by Chiara Callegari, is produced by Teatro Metastasio di Prato in collaboration with Chinnicchinnacchi Teatro and Collegamenti Festival.
The work tells the story of the last months in the lives of two judges, interpreted by Simone Luglio and Giovanni Santangelo, inviting the audience to relive not only the nuances of their friendship, but also one of the crucial periods of Italian history.
The event has been organised by the Italian Embassy in Luxembourg and the Permanent Representation of Italy to the European Union in Brussels.
