The Italian Cultural Institute of Dakar hosts the presentation of the book by Dr Sagar Seck, doctor of moral and political philosophy, secondary school teacher and also teacher at CESTI (Centre for the Study of Information and Communication Science and Technology) of the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (UCAD).
The challenge that an author such as Machiavelli still represents today is political communication. In this book, the author shows how political communication has been influenced by the precepts of ‘Il Principe’ (‘The Prince’), even though many political actors have not necessarily read anything by Machiavelli.
