The Italian Institute of Culture of Zagreb organizes, on the occasion of the VI Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, a meeting with Massimo Mantanari, writer and professor at the University of Bologna and the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo. Raffaela Donati, President of the Slow Food Association, will also participate in the meeting.
