The 22nd International Review of Archaeological Cinema of Belgrade, organized by the National Museum of Belgrade in collaboration with main Serbian and international cultural institutions active in the Serbian capital, will take place from 20 to 26 May in the atrium of the National Museum of Belgrade. The exhibition offers industry experts and a wide audience of enthusiasts the opportunity to learn about the most recent productions in the field of archaeology and related disciplines.
The Italian Cultural Institute of, Belgrade, one of the main promoters of the festival since its first edition, will present four Italian documentaries made available to the Institute by their authors thanks to the precious collaboration between the Institute and the RAM film festival of the Fondazione Museo Civico di Rovereto.
The documentaries, presented in the original Italian version with subtitles in Serbian, are ‘Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli. Scrigno di civiltà‘ (National Archaeological Museum of Naples. Treasure chest of civilization) (Italy, 2021) directed by Laura Pintus, ‘Etiopia… lontano lungo il fiume’ (Ethiopia… far along the river) (Italy, 2021) by Lucio Rosa, ‘Langobardi Alboino e Romans’ (Italy, 2021) directed by Simone Vrech and Agalma (Italy, 2020) by Doriana Monaco.
