Luogo Comune (Jacopo Ghisoni) is an Italian illustrator and muralist. His works span both indoor and outdoor spaces, making use of a wide variety of mediums. His illustrations appear in magazines, children’s books and in collaborations with art collectives. In addition to his published work, his murals can be admired in Italy, Poland, Austria, England, Spain, Greece and Morocco. His visual language is full of symbolism that combines elements of nature, objects and stories from local tradition. He mostly uses flat colour palettes and a graphic approach as touchstones for discussions of the human condition and reflections on contemporary social issues.
