To celebrate Italian Design Day 2021, the Italian Cultural Institute of Sydney is hosting a conversation with the Italian-Australian architect Luigi Rosselli on the theme “The house of the future: innovation, sustainability and beauty”.
Educated at the Federal Polytechnic in Lausanne, after a brief stint in New York, Rosselli moved to Canberra where he contributed to the design of the Parliament Building. In 1985, he opened his own studio in Sydney, where he is involved in the realization of numerous projects based on a new “humanist” approach to residential architecture .
The event, organized in collaboration with the Sydney ICE Agency and Smeg Australia , is conceived as a showcase on Italian design, on the style, quality and desirability of the Made in Italy brand.
