In commemoration of the 700th anniversary of Dante’s death, the Italian Cultural Institute of New Delhi, in collaboration with the theatre company Instabili Vaganti and the Indian dancer Anuradha Venkataraman, present the ‘Video Dante’ project: 7 short films inspired by the verses of the Divine Comedy and performed by Anna Dora Dorno, Nicola Pianzola and Anuradha Venkataraman, with the music of Riccardo Nanni and the young videomaker Ashwin Iyer.

The series is part of the international project ‘Beyond Borders’ launched by Instabili Vaganti, which also involved the Italian Cultural Institutes of Madrid and Beijing.

The seven videos, published regularly starting from 17 February until 26 June, are available on the Facebook and YouTube channels of the Institute and here on italiana.
