On 23 November, on the occasion of the sixth Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Cultural Institute of Berlin is organizing a meeting with the writer Dieter Richter.
The author will present his book ‘Con gusto’, an account of how Italian cuisine arrived in the North, bringing the magic formula of living well along with it. From Goethe’s journey to Italy to the Mediterranean diet, Dieter Richter will recount the cultural history of this gastronomic and cultural transfer.
