As part of the sixth Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Michelin star chef Andrea Berton will meet with the public to talk about his life and career, in conversation with the journalist Santiago Giordano.
The meeting will be held on November 23 at the Italian Cultural Institute of Buenos Aires.
Chef Berton’s cuisine features ‘modern dishes’ with an emphasis on staple ingredients, and the revelation of certain other little-known ingredients. The restaurant that bears the Chef’s name is notable for offering cuisine in which the flavours on the palate can always be recognized. Broth features prominently on the menu, which is elevated to the status of being a dish in its own right and acts as the perfects synthesis of the main ingredient of each dish.
The event is open to the public and will also be broadcast via streaming on the Cultural Institute’s channels.
