On the occasion of the sixth Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Cultural Institute of Sofia has collaborated with the Bulgarian broadcaster BTV to produce seven episodes of the programme ‘Food Hunters’ dedicated to Italian regional cuisine.

The Bulgarian chef Tokev and his Italian colleague, chef Luchiari, will present the cuisine of the Campania region. In addition to bars, pastry shops and other well-known establishments, viewers will be able to learn about the history of buffalo mozzarella, the famous liqueur limoncello, local wines and the special process of making anchovies through the stories of the owners of small food businesses.
