On the occasion of the 6th Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Cultural Institute of Zagreb will host the exhibition ‘Trame creative. Intrecci tra design e i principali ingredienti della cucina italiana nel mondo‘ (Creative Weaves: Interweaving Design and the Primary Ingredients of Italian Cuisine Around the World).
At the heart of the exhibition’s narrative, curated by Elena Santi, are three regions, three projects and the world’s best-known ingredient, pasta, a source of creative inspiration.
On the same occasion, the Institute presents a meeting with Massimo Montanari, a writer and lecturer at the University of Bologna and at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo. Raffaela Donati, President of the Slow Food Food Association, will also take part in the meeting.
