The Centre for Languages and Translation of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the Lebanese University is organizing a training course entitled ‘The use of songs and playful and cooperative language pedagogy in Italian as a foreign language’.

The course is aimed at all teachers of Italian living in Lebanon as well as aspiring teachers, provided they have a Level C1 in the Common Framework of Reference For Languages.

The course is spread out over three days, totalling 18 hours, from 12 to 14 July. It will be run by Professor Fabio Caon from the Ca’ Foscari University in Venice and Professor Annalisa Brichese, an expert in teaching Italian as a foreign language, also from Ca’ Foscari University.

The initiative is co-financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with the contribution of the Italian Cultural Institute of Beirut.
