The winning projects of the ‘Italia in Mostra’ competition
The ‘Italia in Mostra‘ competition for ideas, organized in collaboration with RO.ME – Museum Exhibition, was launched to gather ideas for exhibition projects focused on the promotion of the Italian cultural heritage abroad. 38 project proposals were received: 18 for section A devoted to tangible heritage; 20 for section B devoted to intangible heritage.
The Jury selected the following project proposals as winners of the competition:
- For section A, Teatri all’opera (Theatres at work) proposed by the cooperative Hubstract – Made for Art
The exhibition project illustrates the Italian genius of opera through the emotions that have filled the great theatres: opera and its author, the beauty of the places, the excitement of a debut, the euphoria of success, the disappointment of failure.
The exhibition uses the language of storytelling in a tour featuring different experiences: interactive, immersive, virtual.
A journey to promote the great Italian theatres and composers through the tangible and the intangible: architecture, scene and audience in one great magical event, a unique heritage recognized the world over.
- For section B, Cyber Pupi proposed by the Association for the Conservation of Popular Traditions
