‘Created in Italy‘ is an exhibition that has been conceived and designed to express the skills of Italian manufacturers through a number of representative products. In particular, it seeks to illustrate their aptitude for overcoming all the difficulties involved in the creation of high-tech products, the constant drive for experimentation that pushes materials to their limits, the passion for making beautiful things and the willingness to accept challenges and build ‘made to measure’ products.
The aim is to highlight the fundamental features of the work of Italian manufacturers, namely creativity, innovation and design.
The exhibition, an original project from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, is curated by Odo Fioravanti, Giulio Iacchetti and Francesca Picchi, with the help of Mario Trimarchi for the graphic and exhibition design, and is also complemented by a virtual tour that can be visited at createdinitaly.it.
The exhibition will travel the world thanks to the diplomatic-consular network and the Italian Cultural Institutes.
