The Italian Cultural Institute (IIC) of Madrid is an overseas office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) dedicated to the promotion of Italian culture in Spain.
The main activities of the Institute include: organizing and supporting exhibitions, events and festivals in collaboration with the main local institutions; developing academic exchanges; incentives towards the publication of Italian books; and promoting the Italian language.
