La Scuola International School of San Francisco – Dogpatch Campus

Established in 2002, La Scuola is characterized by a unique combination of didactic-educational elements: teaching inspired by the “Reggio Children” method, rigorous organization of the International Baccalaureate and immersion in the Italian language at all levels. The School was founded on the initiative of a group of Italian parents employed by Silicon Valley companies who wanted to pass on the Italian language and culture to their children. The School has been a great success, managing to engage a large number of American students bound to Italy by a passion for our country. It was also the first Italian school abroad and the first primary school in San Francisco to obtain accreditation for awarding the prestigious International Baccalaureate.
