‘Archaeological Mission in Sindh and Las Bela (Pakistan)’.

The purpose of the Project, active since 2000 and led by Prof. Paolo Biagi, is to complete the collection of a series of information necessary to improve knowledge of this region of the northern Arabian Sea; in particular, the mapping of certain prehistoric sites, mainly shell middens and lithic scatters, as well as the collection of additional samples of organic finds, mostly mangrove shells, towards continuing the detailed programme of dating the prehistoric sites.
