The XXI Week of the Italian Language opens in New Delhi on 19 October with a public reading of passages from the Divine Comedy by students of Italian at Delhi University.
The selected passages are those in which Dante talks about the the East, with an introduction on the sources he used.
On 28 October, seven videos inspired by the Divine Comedy produced by the Instabili Vagranti company will be screened at the Bilcaner House in New Delhi.
The screening will be accompanied by a live performance by dancer Anuradha Venkataraman.
